*Your $95 ticket price is your down payment. The remaining $150 will be collected once marker is set to panel.

Agreement (Please Read!)

By clicking Purchase below I agree to the following:

  • I understand that I am purchasing a customized and personalized animal painting. I will have input on the colors, image, and final touches, and I trust the artist to do an amazing job at interpreting my animal through their unique style!
  • I understand that there may be variations in color and grain of the panels, as they are natural products and trees are amazing artists who never do the same thing twice.
  • I understand that my ticket price is refundable, but once the painting is started, further payments are non-refundable.
  • I understand that the artist will do everything in their power to deliever an amazing piece of art. However, if I am unsatisfied, I can put the cost of my painting toward a different piece of art (original or reproduction) by the artist.
  • I understand that the artist will do everything within their power to ensure the piece is delivered to me by Christmas (within the contiguous United States), but that outside factors beyond the artist's control may delay shipping.
  • I understand that I will own physical rights to the final original painting, and the painter will own digital image rights to the painting. I understand that the image may be used for marketing purposes, but will never be recreated as an original painting.
